• Supplying complete and accurate registration information. You may not use a phone number you do not control, and impersonation is strictly prohibited.

• If registering on behalf of an organization, warranting authorization to accept these Terms on their behalf.

• Assuming responsibility for your account’s security. You are solely accountable for all activities conducted through your account.

Telephonic Communications Services

Your use of the Services and provision of your telephone number(s) indicate consent to be contacted by EmpathyAI through various means. You can opt out by replying “STOP” to cancel or “HELP” for support. Ensure your account information is updated promptly after changing or deactivating your telephone number.

Limitation of Liability

EmpathyAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or direct damages exceeding one hundred ($100) U.S. dollars. These provisions allocate risks under these Terms between the parties, and both parties have relied on these limitations in entering into these Terms.

No Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. EmpathyAI makes no warranty regarding the Services’ uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free operation, or the accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the Service.
